I’m S Jordan Salgado, a graduate of hospitality management. Even before I graduated, I was already focusing on food industry. I enjoy working in the kitchen and I think this is my passion.

In my course, we have different major subjects which we can choose what to specialize. And I chose culinary because it is where I found my passion.
Work & Experience
I’m assigned to lead the junior cooks and to present new dishes and help planning menus.
I’m in charge of all the kitchen stocks by purchasing, checking quality and organizing.
I’m a line cook of all the shift. I do breakfast shift/omelette station, lunch shift and dinner shift. I also do preps, portioning protein and checking ingredients quality.
Checking product quality and assuring every product meet the standards.
