I would like to express my interest in applying for Food and Beverage position under your company.
I believe that my degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) from the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) has prepared me for this position. As a student, I was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to help develop and drive effective customer service.
During my internship at Astoria Plaza, Star Cruises-Superstar Virgo, and Balesin Island Club- An Alphaland Company Food and Beverage and Concierge Department, and my job experience at The City Club as Food and Beverage Attendant for over a year and at Red Ribbon Bakeshop Philippines as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, I learned how companies determine what product or service to sell, how to provide 100% satisfaction to the guest and how to respond to the different concerns and problems of the guest and its employees and of course to manage people and a store as a manager. More importantly, I had the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals who taught me how to easily grasp complex customer service concepts and at certain times, how to roll with the punches in order to achieve various objectives.
My active involvement in many academic and extracurricular activities has done so well in developing my communication and leadership skills, which are vital in finding success in the corporate world.

• Greet the guests and assist them on their respective tables.
• Buffet man.
• Presenting the menu and provide information on what the menus is and its main ingredient.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Serving food and beverage to the guest and clearing guest plate out of there tables.
• Checking of silver wares, glass wares, flat wares and kitchen wares for cleanliness and presentation.
• Table set-up and management.
• Cashiering.
• Provide wow factor in terms of customer service and uplift the brand in higher level as possible.
• Inventory of stocks (Bar Area).
• Requesting and making market lists of the stocks for our daily operations.
